Terms of use

By using Bunthu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They apply to every game and every page here.

Bunthu provides free browser games for personal entertainment. You may play them as often as you like, on as many devices as you like, at no cost and with no account.

You must be old enough to use the site under the laws of your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

You may not:

• Disrupt the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
• Scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site or its games.
• Resell access to the site or charge others to play games hosted here.
• Present our games, artwork, audio or names as your own work.
• Embed a game on another site without written permission — ask us first.

The games, the engine, the artwork, the audio, the game names and the written content on this site belong to us. You may play and share links freely; you may not copy, modify or redistribute the games themselves, or use the name or branding to imply an affiliation with us.

Your own scores and progress belong to you — they live in your browser, not with us.

The games are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work to keep them running and to keep the site available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, that every game will be free of faults, or that a saved high score will survive if you clear your browser data.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost scores, lost progress, or issues with your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may add, change or retire games at any time, and we may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the version currently in force.
