About Minesweeper

Minesweeper is the classic logic puzzle, rebuilt as a free browser game with no download and no signup. Open a square and the number on it tells you how many mines touch it — use those clues to work out which squares are safe and which ones to mark with a flag. Your first square is always safe, and a blank square opens the whole empty area around it. Clear every safe square to reach the next, denser field; clear all six fields to win the run. Three lives give you room to make a mistake, and the field you reached is saved on your device, so a refresh puts you back where you were. Tap directly on a phone, or move the cursor with W A S D and open with space. Nothing leaves your device.
